To book your sessions

1. Click “Our Services” page from the main Menu above

2. Choose which lesson you require and send an email following the link on the section stating; your availability, if you are interested in group or individual sessions and how many sessions you wish to book (if you would like to set up repeating individual sessions).

3. We will get back to you as soon as we can, so you can start to enjoy your learning with us!

Once you have paid for your session and agreed to the terms and conditions, you should receive a confirmation email with a link for the google meet. If the email is not in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder! If you still cannot find the email, please get in touch and we can confirm the date and time of your session and send you a separate link for the session if needed.

We will send the link for the google meet to the Parent/ Guardian email, if you would prefer us to send the link to the tutee directly then please specify this in our email correspondence.

Once we have discussed your needs, we will send you an email with a link for payment on stripe, this is a completely secure checkout process.

Yes absolutely! If you let us know how many sessions you are wanting to pay for, we can set that up using our payment software (Stripe). The sessions can either run as part of a series or they are a "one off" session and payment will need to be made in advance of the sessions.

The prices are correct as stated at the time of the booking and sessions will be confirmed by email once payment is successfully made.

All sessions will take place online, once your session has been paid for and you have agreed to the terms and conditions you will be sent a google meet link via email.

Once you have viewed the terms and conditions, you will encouraged to complete a form to say you have read and understand our terms (please note, this is only required if you are joining our sessions, not if you are a curious human!). This form is completely confidential to us and will not be shared with anyone other than iStudy Tutoring tutors.

On this form, you will be asked for your child's email. Please only complete this field if you would like us to send resources to the tutee directly. Please leave this field blank if you would prefer for the resources to be sent to your email instead.

If you have requested repeating sessions, then you will be sent a separate email confirming the dates that have been agreed.

1. Check out our Facebook and Instagram posts for themed sessions (for example the chocolate rock cycle or French in the sun), this could be the best way to study if you are finding a particular subject challenging and just want a drop-in session.

2. Email us directly to be added to a list to register your interest for standard groups. Groups may start as soon as there is interest or we may wait for group numbers to be made up. Sessions will run for the term (usually 6 weeks, subject to the school calendar). It is possible to be put on a waiting list and we will create another group session once the minimum numbers have been reached. Members of a group will have first refusal for the following term to enable continuity with your peers.

Please note, for a series of sessions you will have the option to pay for a half term (approx. 3 weeks) or a full term (approx. 6 weeks) upfront and will be sent an email confirmation with all of the dates included.

For the group sessions, we will be using google classroom. This is a secure space to enable us to share resources with the tutees directly and to encourage discussions outside of the session times.

Please contact your tutor and they will advise you on the best option, this may be re-arranging to a later date or this may be a refund. Please also take note of our cancellation policy, as found on our Terms and Conditions page.
